 RERA (Real Estate Regulation And Development Act ) ??????







We all are  know and aware about the fact of the real estate sector  in India .It is totally unorganized and largely unregulated (unrestricted) .The implementation of  a good real estate bill has been long approaching .The need for restriction and uniform guidelines was also being felt by the industry which continued to perceived negatively by consumers because of unscrupulous mean unprincipled or improper activities of a few.

* The act cover both residential as well as commercial real estate .
*  It is mandatory for the real  estate developer to register the project with the concerned RERA and obtain a valid registration number .
    
In My opinion RERA act is beneficial for consumer as well as  real estate developers . Because consumer has its all proof  of its property  and it is totally legal and consumer problem regarding time issues like builder will not provide their home at on time these type of issues has undertaken in rule and give a beneficial solution to the consumer. And it also give  benefit to the real estate developer on investing they got an investor easily.
